These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Eight AM Agency Media FZ-LLC ("8AM Agency", "we", "us") through the website 8amguide.com.
Our products are digital guides delivered electronically via Google Drive. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased materials through the email address provided during checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Payment is required in full before access to the product is granted.
After successful payment, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to access your materials. Access to the Google Drive folder is granted automatically to the email address used during purchase. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at support@8amagency.com.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the materials has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing the materials, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal or professional development. You may not:
All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, templates, and scripts, is the intellectual property of Eight AM Agency Media FZ-LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the product remains available through our platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, but will provide reasonable notice before any significant changes.
Our digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from using our materials. 8AM Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
